adventures around the world await at PLQ Parkside

Environmental challenges are happening all around the world! That’s why Ranger Buddies Al & Min have set up a special outpost at PLQ Parkside. Together with Paya Lebar Quarter, they're inviting you to join eight missions over two years, each taking you to a new part of the world to tackle real-world challenges. Some missions have already concluded – and more await!

Ranger Buddy, you've investigated floods in the Himalayas, fought illegal wildlife trade in the savannas of South Africa, got to the bottom of threats that corals in the Great Barrier Reef are facing, and brought the Christmas spirit back to the Amazon Rainforest. 

This year will bring four new missions for you to embark on, starting off in the lush gardens in Netherlands to discover why bees are coming out of hibernation ahead of time. Are you ready for the next mission?

From Level 1 - Walk towards Wine Connection (#01-07) at PLQ 2 and cross the road to Sims Ave.

From Level 2 - Walk towards Watsons (#02-19) and cross over the Link Bridge. PLQ Parkside is located at Level 1. 

MISSION #5: Spring Into Action

Springtime has arrived in Netherlands, but it seems like it's too early for spring. Trees are still budding, and flowers have yet to bloom. But there seems to be a problem – bees have been awakened from their winter hibernation by the warmer temperatures that mark the beginning of spring too. Bees, who are nature's pollinators, rely on flowers and trees for food and shelter. With the flora yet to reach full bloom, the bees are struggling to find nectar!

Ranger Buddies, it's time for you to join Ranger Buddies Al & Min and Rudy the Miniature Rex Rabbit on this next mission to save the bees and find out what's causing the earlier springtime.
