Environmental challenges are happening all around the world! That’s why Ranger Buddies Al & Min have set up a special outpost at PLQ Parkside. Together with Paya Lebar Quarter, they're inviting you to join eight missions over two years, each taking you to a new part of the world to tackle real-world challenges. Some missions have already begun – and more await!

Ranger Buddy, you've investigated floods in the Himalayas, fought illegal wildlife trade in the savannas of South Africa, and got to the bottom of threats that corals in the Great Barrier Reef are facing. As we enter the festive season, your next mission will take you to the Amazon Rainforest in South America!

MISSION #4: Saving an Amazon Christmas

It's the festive season and Ranger Buddies Al & Min are headed to the Amazon Rainforest! But what used to be a bustling and vibrant forest now sounds a lot quieter than usual — and it's up to you to find out why.

Starting 21 November 2025, join Al, Min and Khansa the Orangutan on a mission to help bring the liveliness back to the rainforest by discovering how each of us can do our part to choose daily actions that protect rainforests and its wildlife.

Along the way, you'll discover the wonders, sights and sounds that the Amazon Rainforest has to offer, from the incredible native wildlife that call the rainforest home, to the bountiful gifts that the rainforest provides for us.
